To provide participants with a high level understanding of how these tools have the potential to help them to learn how mind works, how personal transformation actually happens, and how Hypnosis, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), and CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) each offer practical tools for rewiring unhelpful patterns and strengthening resilience.
