Research shows that high personal resilience can have many well-being benefits, including lower stress levels, enhanced autonomy, and more vitality.

The best part, according to research, is that it’s learnable.

So, if resilience is a fundamental asset in our journey through life, why aren’t we all training this personal strength as much as possible?

The reason is that resilience isn’t a single skill that we can target. To cultivate the mindsets, behaviors, and qualities of a resilient person, we need to better understand the processes and elements behind it.
